"Abu Agala" is a 2D loop animation made at Samaka Studio, following a man riding a bicycle, carrying a stack of Egyptian baladi bread balanced on his head a familiar, everyday scene from the streets of Egypt. I handled the full animation, from character motion to the seamless loop, capturing the rhythm and balance of the ride in a short, looping cycle.
Rough Animation
Blocked out the core motion the pedaling cycle and the bread's subtle bounce to lock in timing and rhythm before moving to clean-up.
